Description
Photograph article dated April 13, 1957 partially reads, "David Seeley is a better than average student at Pacoima Junior High School and an outstanding Valley Times newspaperboy. The son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl H. Seeley of 13242 Garber St., Pacoima, David was selected for his special mention because of his remarkable work both on and off his route."
