Description
Ling Shen Ching Tze Temple,1035 West 31st Street, Chicago, Illinois, 28 July 2002, 10am. A woman of Chinese origin kneels with hands pressed together in front of her in a mode of prayer. She is kneeling on a square shaped pillow, in front of an altar which contain a black Buddha, candles, and many flowers. On the altar directly in front of her is a prayer scroll, and there is another placed high above the black Buddha. There is also a Chinese lantern hanging on the left of the photograph.
