The two-story squarish brick building has a balustrade running around the perimeter of the roof. A square dome with a metal roof rises on top. A few medium-sized trees grow on the surrounding lawn. A bicycle is propped against the broad stairs leading to the main entry. A fire hydrant is visible in the foreground across the street. There is a street sign on the corner.
