Regimental orderly book containing general, brigade and regimental orders, proceedings of courts martial, etc. kept by Tobias Fernald from August 10, 1779 to February 6, 1780. The 12th Massachusetts Regiment was created on Nov. 6, 1776 and served until disbanded on Jan. 1, 1780.
