Description
First of three photographs of Douglas Perham's residence at the corner of Emerson and Channing Streets, Palo Alto, California, showing the original cottage from Emerson Street. The "Birthplace of Electronics" plaque, installed in 1957 and visible in front of the house, documents its history as the laboratory of Lee de Forest, Charles Logwood, and Herbert Van Etten between 1911-1912.
