Description
The West Coast Computer Faire was an annual computer industry conference and exposition. The first faire was held in 1977 and was organized by Jim Warren and Bob Relling. At the time, it was the biggest computer show in the world, intended to popularize the personal computer in the homes. The Sixth West Coast Conference took place in San Francisco on April 3-4-5, 1981. This is the recording of the panel titled "The computer business". The titles of the papers presented are: "Microcomputer tunnel vision or why I designed and built a new microcomputer" by Adam Osborne. "Write the right user's manual for your business applications software" by Sharon Rosa. "Preparing product announcements for the media" by Frank Vaughn. "Public relations for high-technology entrepreneurs" by Dennis Lewis and William Schwartz.
