Description: Astronomer Henry Norris Russell, of the Princeton University Observatory, writes to EPH, congratulating him on finding cepheids in Andromeda. He wonders when EPH will publish his findings, and suggests he send a paper to the American Association for the Advancement of Science, certain that EPH will win the prize. He is looking forward to seeing him and GBH in the spring.
