Description
Photograph caption dated January 28, 1960 reads, "Despite tragic visit of polio to North Hollywood family, happiness could not be driven out. Through closeness between family members and with March of Dimes help, Lloyd F. Oergel clan still knows joy, even though they've had polio as house guest for eight years. From left are Judy, 12; Sue, 16; Mrs. Oergel, permanently bedridden; Robert, 10, and father, Lloyd."
