Description: This painting, done in ledger style, depicts a struggle between two men on horseback. The figure on the right wields a sword. On verso: Sioux warrior with saber, attacking a Crow Indian. After the [Battle of] Little Big Horn, the Sioux possessed sabers taken from General Custer’s slain cavalry men. Drawn by Kills Two.
