Sing Out America was the title given to the Annual Music Festival, this 1954 festival was the second all county musical festival following the previous festival also held at the Memorial Auditorium. Wayne Thieboud provided the art for the program again and Elaine Stowe served as the Chairman for the printed program. 1,000 students from 26 different school districts performed over the two days. NBC aired the final half hour of the festival, which featured the leading song Sing Out, America written by Gil George and arranged by George Burr.
