Description: An unmerry Christmas dawns in Lincoln Heights Jail's drunk tank. Some prisoners, sprawled on floor, sleep it off. Others, able to sit up, hold their aching heads. Officers reported 89 persons booked in various jails of the city last night and early today on drunk-driving charges, and 239 more as plain drunks. Photo dated: December 25, 1952.
