Description
Edwin Powell Hubble sitting on the bottom rung of a ladder, with three (3) men sitting behind and above him. The men's last names are: Harrison, Figg-Hoblyn and Farley. They are on a boat, in transit to Oxford, England. Note in the hand of Edwin Powell Hubble: "Top: Farley of Mississippi, Figg-Hoblyn of Leland Stanford, Not a Rhodes Man, Harrison of Washington,....of Illinois. Taber of R.I. took the picture." Hubble is in front, wearing a dark overcoat.
