Group photo of several women sitting or standing on the sidewalk in front of the open doors to a building. One of the building windows reads "Welcome Pioneers" and other other window has writing that is illegible. Library records state: "Native sons, Native daughters headquarters, N.S. Grand Parlor 1906 in Ventura. Margarita Fazio, Mrs. A. Grandolfo, Mrs. Mark Day, Christina Kuhlman."
