Description
Emergency personnel evacuate victims of hazardous hydrochloric acid fumes at Allied-Signal Inc., a chemical plant located at 850 S. Sepulveda Boulevard and Rosecrans Avenue in El Segundo. The toxic fumes sickened 115 people and sent about 65 of them to the hospital for treatment. Photograph dated March 28, 1986.
