Description
An announcement of organization and staff outlining changes to the CCS (Civil Communications Section) signed by Colonel R. N. Kunz. A notification of personnel action is attached to the announcement documenting Charles W. Protzman's resignation as an Industrial Specialist in Tokyo, Japan dated May 9, 1950. The notice contains an original signature of R. L. Matteson. There are notations by more than one hand.
