Bordered by Pacific Ocean. Original survey June 14,1898 : based on surveys by H. Washington, G. H. Thompson, Wm. Minto, J. R. Glover with extensive information on land subdivision in the Santa Monica Mountains. Dense hachures, color highlights, numbered sections; table of survey data; pencil annotations including presidential order re: lighthouse. Public lands parcel owners from information obtained 1928 from Malibu Country Club. Certified by J.M. Gleaves. Title supplied by cataloger.
