Description
Photograph caption reads: "Spanish matador Manuel Benitiz, known as "El Cordobes" in the bullfight ring, checks the ballet for of [sic] Kim Condon, 14, North Hollywood, at the Studio de Ballet, 10120 Riverside Dr., North Hollywood. Benitiz came to the studio to show students similarities between ballet movements and actions in the bull ring during a corrida. Benitiz's immediate schedule calls for fighting 22 bulls in 22 days including one in Tijunana [sic] Feb. 16". Photograph dated: Feb. 4, 1964.
