Negative number 34. Envelope labeled "IV, 58+27". Photo has nine labels, three on the top of the slide and three on the bottom-left center and bottom-right center of the slide. The three on the left are identical to the three on the right. The first label, located in the top left corner, reads "58", and the second label located in the top center of the slide, reads "Coptic Museum 10552", and the third, located in the top right corner, reads "27". The first of the three side labels reads "34", and the second has a scale with "Sept 1975", and the third reads "Codex IV". Papyri fragments constituting pages 58 and 27 of Codex 4.
