Photograph caption dated April 9, 1963 reads "Eddie Fisher, who sang on the Oscarcast, squired lovely Ann-Margaret to the show and celebration party afterwards--possibly for good luck, Her smash appearance on last year's show made her a star, you recall." The 35th annual Academy Awards ceremony was held at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium in Santa Monica, California.
