Photograph caption dated November 30, 1963 reads, "Good turn day - Members of Cub Scout Troop 465, from left, John Sherman and his two brothers, James and Bill, Chatsworth, are lending their support to the more than 15,000 Cubs, Scouts, Explorers and Sea Scouts in the Valley who have begun collections of used salvageable clothing in preparation for their annual Good Turn Day, Dec. 7. Clothing collected will be distributed among charitable organizations."
