Photograph of an exterior view of the Examiner Building, Los Angeles, [s.d.]. The Examiner Building sits at center, ocupying the full image. Two of its spired domes sit at the right, while another is visible at the left. Many of its second-story windows are open, and a ladder stretches from the second floor roof to the archways of the center section's third floor. The paved road, with visible streetcar tracks and wires, runs from the lower left corner to the middle right. Another road runs horizontally across the lower left of the image, intersecting the first road at the corner of the building. Two automobiles are parked along this latter road, while two bicycles and another automobile are parked near the building on the first road. A man with a cane walks toward the building, while two others stand in discussion at the intersection. A sign on the right side of the building reads "Temporary Entrance. All Departments". The ground on the left side of the image is grassless dirt, and the sidewalk near the building appears to be under construction.
