Description
View of an apartment under construction on the northwest corner of 2nd St. and Central Ave. The development is the Hikari which is a 128-unit apartment complex, and is located in the heart of Little Tokyo. City Hall tower peeks through in the background. A large sign that reads "Honda Plaza" sits prominently in the middle of the photo. Hikari hosted its grand opening on October 1, 2006, with prices ranging from $1500 - $2995 a month for studio, 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom apartments. Photo dated: October 31, 2005.
