Description
Cachero was of Native-American Hispanic Filipino ethnic descent. He studied counseling and graduated with an M.A. in Social Work. While in graduate school, he began studying Afro-Haitian dance. He taught Afro-Haitian dance and presented workshops in dance and spirituality. Cachero died in 1991. Interview conducted for the Legacy Oral History Project. California Preservation Service (CAPS)
