Photograph caption dated March 13, 1964 reads, "A plaque and $100 bond were awarded to Anthony DiPasquale, 17, North Hollywood High School, winner of the essay contest of the Valley Committee for the Employment of the Physically Handicapped. Dr. Dallas Livingston of Valley State College, above, yesterday also gave second place award of plaque and $50 bond to Connie Davis, 16, Providence High."
