This memo to Professor Donald Teruo Hata from Yukio Mochizuki provides updates on the research that Mochizuki is doing for his independent study. His research topic focuses on the Japanese Peruvian experience during World War II. This memo mentions a letter written in Japanese to Mr. Isamu Taniguchi, a draft of a letter to Mr. Raymond W. Ickes, and future plans for an independent study with another professor. Collection of notes, articles, correspondence, photographs, and term papers collected by Yukio Mochizuki, a student at CSU Dominguez Hills, while researching Japanese American incarceration and Japanese Peruvian internment during World War II.
