View of four elderly men seated at a table. Text written under photo: "These men now 1926 are all that remain of the crew of the United States Revenue Cutter 'Corwin' commanded by Captain Colin C. Hooper who went with the Cutter into the Artic [sic] Ocean in search of the U S Coast Survey vessell [sic] 'Janette' Commander De Long. The Janette was lost in the Ice and never located. See book 'Cruise of the Corwin.' "
