Photograph caption dated September 16, 1963 reads, "Tony Travaglini, chairman of the Encino Chamber of Commerce's first annual 'Hi Neighbor' dinner-dance discusses plans with Mrs. R.M. Meyers, wife of the president of the Encino C of C; Mrs. Velma Oberst, president of the chamber's Women's division, and David Harlig, owner of Sportmen's Lodge where the Oct. 9 event will be held. Festivities will begin with an 8 p.m. dinner, dancing and entertainment on the evening's agenda. Tickets are available by calling STate 9-4711."
