V1p371b In PHOTO ALBUM-VAULT: ** fc917.9461 A3, Vol. I, page 371 center. This photograph is contained in one of two volumes by Dobbin titled "Album of San Francisco." Text written to right of photo: "Refugees out of work waiting in line at the bread wagon 1906." Photo shows large numbers of men in line at a bread wagon somewhere within the burned area, as collapsed walls and piles of brick can be seen everywhere. A group of men is gathered in the foreground watching another man who is sitting on the ground.
