Description
Interior of the Lincoln Heights Branch of the Los Angeles Public Library (also known as Northeast Branch) at the time of opening. Located at 2530 Workman St. in Lincoln Heights, the Renaissance style building was constructed with a $35,000 grant from Andrew Carnegie and was designed by Hibbard & Cody.
