Title supplied by cataloger. Several hundred persons in wheelchairs protested by surrounding the Bonaventure Hotel during an American Public Transit convention. The protestors were unhappy because of cutbacks in service, such as wheelchair ramps on public buses. Around ten persons were arrested later for blocking entrances and fire lanes.
