It consists of 13 floors, and boasts of having a mini-balcony on every floor and in each room. The structure is a City of Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument, and was added to the National Register of Historical Places in 1997, Building #96000821. Two separate addresses are listed for this property: 2959-2973 Wilshire Boulevard and 607-643 S. Commonwealth Avenue. The carpeted lobby with 2 stairways coming down from the left and display cases on the left and right of the doorway to the Garden Room. A chandelier hangs above.
