Title devised by cataloger. Land survey showing 7 lots in the city of San Marino. Possibly a Huntington Land and Improvement Company project. Some structures are outlined in red pencil. Covers property in San Marino, California, bordered by Arden and Rosalind Roads to North and East. Scale not given. Coordinates not determined. Produced 1913 or later. The city of San Marino was incorporated on April 12, 1913. Manuscript inscription on verso in pencil: "Patten Reserv. & well"? Manuscript annotation in red pencil: "5.21.13 Arden Road" Provenance unknown, in library as of 2017. Appears to have come from the office of one of Henry E. Huntington's railway companies.
