Description
The 100-inch telescope inside its dome, Mount Wilson Observatory. Seen from the west, the tube is 20 degrees from horizontal pointing south, the shutter open to the south. A curved ladder arches above the telescope's tube, seen at the far left. The interior balcony surrounds the telescope's base and pedestal. The interior walls of the curved dome are seen in the background.
