Photograph caption dated April 5, 1963 reads "Teen-parent project - Louis R. Eloe, associate director of the Northridge Family Counciling [sic] Center; Milner Clary, assistant superintendent of Los Angeles County Juvenile Hall, and Ruth Michaelson, another associate director of the center, lead a group of teen-agers and parents in discussion of mutual problems in special workshop - forum series."
