Photograph article dated January 5, 1963 partially reads, "The Rev. Clifford Roach, of the Berean Baptist Church, Northridge, is like a rolling stone in an open field. Similar in respects to a traveling minister, Mr. Roach rambles around the country with his wife, Clara, and their five children, going from one church to another... Called to the Northridge church this summer, Mr. Roach has pastored three and a half years at community Baptist Church, San Leandro; Orchard Avenue Baptist Church, Vacaville, Calif., for two and a half years; two years at Redmont, Wash.; one year in Carson City, Nev., and one and a half years in Granada Hills. Mr. Roach, who was ordained in the summer of 1950, is commissioned by the Church Extension Department of the Fellowship of Baptists for Home Missions."
