Written desription on reverse: "Chinese New Years was celebrated today in Chinatown, San Francisco, as part of the week-long celebration. Dragons paraded down Grant Street, and stopped at Chinese shops at random. The owner of the shop gives a few dollars to the dragon and in return gets good luck for the new year. After receiving the money the dragon lights firecrackers on the shop doorstep. A string of firecrackers are going off in front of shop in this picture."
