Photograph caption dated April 20, 1956 reads, "Weaving snake-like through Valley garden are members of Blue Bird Bells of Van Nuys, led by Indian dance instructor 'Win' Fairchild. Trio of Cheryl DelBeato, Barbara Ward and Linda O'Connor have started learning basic heel-toe step.
