Photograph snipe dated Novemeber 28, 1985 reads, "Despite overcast and cloudy skies, it was still a good day for a walk, as this couple walks up the hill from Stadium Way on Elysian Park Dr. near the L.A. Police Academy." Additional photograph caption dated September 21, 1989 reads, "No one felt safe during the summer of 1985 when Night Stalker Richard Ramirez repeatedly struck quiet, middle-class neighborhoods throughout the Southland."
