Title
An interesting use of the bark of second growth redwood. This is an old board cabin. The owner is covering it with bark freshly peeled from second growth logs, flattened out and nailed to the boards. The hard, scaly outer layer has been scraped off. The appearance is very rustic and unique. The cabin when photographed was not completed. Photographed in South La Honda, San Mateo County, California. Nov. 1924, E.F
