Description
Maricopa Indians with sheep(?) sign on dear skin, ca.1900. At center, two bare-chested men can be seen wearing feather headdresses, armbands with circular feather arrangements, and decorative moccasin shoes. The two men hold a stretched piece of deer skin with a symbol placed at its center. Behind the men, a building is visible with wooden shutters on the window. A small tree and plants are seen nearby.
