Description
Bill Talbitzer was invited to a meeting of the City of Oroville museum docents. When the meeting started, Bill was asked to speak on the Chinese Temple. He demurred saying that the docents knew more about that subject than he did, so someone asked him to just speak about the history of Oroville. Consequently, this recording covers diverse topics in the city's history.
