Description
Bust-length portrait.
Amos was born in Muskingum County, Ohio in 1820. Came overland in 1849 with the South Zanesville, Ohio, Company of Forty-Niners. Returned to Ohio in 1852 via Panama route. Worked as wagonmaker. Died in 1885.
