Six musicians in colorful fiesta costumes, played Italian and Spanish melodies while sitting atop the San Jose Scavenger Company's float, according to the official Fiesta de las Rosas program). Five men play accordians; one man sits at a set of drums. There are houses and crowds of people in the background. This float won second prize per the pennant posted on the base at front.
