The extensive portfolio of photographic artist Carol Westwood (1942-2011), a native New Yorker who lived in Los Angeles for many years, includes a diverse array of subjects: animals, nudes, American and European cities, and portraits. Additionally, she worked on special and still photography for numerous motion picture and television productions in Hollywood; the archive of her entertainment and celebrity images was distributed internationally by Gamma, Liaison International, Stone Images, and Getty images from 1988-2003. View of a building with a "Swap Meet" mural on its exterior and surrounded an empty fenced lot; this is possibly on West 6th Street near Lafayette Park in Los Angeles. Street vendors are seen on the side of the lot. Photograph dated September 1995.
