Description
A large crowd is gathered to see Pope John Paul II celebrate an open air mass outside of Our Lady of Suyapa Basilica in Suyapa, a suburb of Tegucigalpa, during his visit to Honduras. Two armed Honduran soldiers stand in the middle. He also warned lay clergy to beware of being coopted by "radical political groups."
