Photograph of an unidentified condominium building near the Department of Water and Power in downtown Los Angeles, 1960-1969. At the right of center, a tall, slender tower is visible, skirted to the left side by a patch of what appears to be grass. Farther left, an flat area is decorated with geometric shapes, and appears to have two tennis courts to the right. In the background, smaller buildings extend toward the hills.
