Description
Lopez filed a petition seeing title to a parcel he claimed had been abandoned for six or seven years. The Committee on Vacant Lands found that the property had been acquired by Narciso Botello in January 1839. Described as a piece of city land that contains a vineyard, abandoned for six or seven years, contiguous to the orchard of the late Bernardo Higuera, and to which the vineyard appertains some sowing land, which also have not been cultivated.
