Photograph caption dated November 13, 1931 reads, "Photo shows Tillie Russo, pretty former usherette and witness at Alexander Pantages' retrial on charges of attacking Eunice Pringle. Miss Russo testified that Pantages told her to 'remember it was three minutes from the time Miss Pringle left the theater balcony to go to his office until she heard Miss Pringle scream.' Miss Russo said it seemed like five of 10 minutes, and Miss Pringle said she was in the office an hour."
