Description
A black and white photo of a long distance snapshot of the power house with all the pipes (penstock) coming down the side of the mountain. The Feather River is at the bottom of photo, with a large area of foamy white spray below the powerhouse. Inscribed on the backside: "Great Western Power Co., Las Plumas".
