Photograph caption dated October 12, 1954 reads "Los Angeles City Attorney Roger Arnebergh, seated, shown with executive assistant, Boyd A. Taylor, today announced addition of full-time deputy to aid Dan Whiteside in Van Nuys branch. This will pave way, Arnebergh said, for quicker handling Valley violations and complaints there."
